Of the year last night after a long day trying to sort the garden out & build a patio! Lots of sun, food, drink & tiredness...& 1 small fleeting crave which was gone in a puff of smoke (not cigggie smoke, I hasten to add) Hopefully, this means that my head is completely in the right place this time. Oh...& that damn cough? It's finally improving...Here's hoping

Good job winning the no smoking at the BBQ challenge! I think you are right - your head has to be in the right place to be successful at this. Now we are at the point it is all mind of matter.
