Has anyone else started to get restless at night after quitting smoking, if so, is there any thing to take for it, it's driving me to distraction.

Ooh that's interesting!!
I was on iron tablets 'cos I was slightly anaemic and they gave me a tummyache so if you get that try taking them every other day
I found ferrous glutonate much gentler on the tum than ferrous sulphate...also spartone iron liquid sachets are even better.I suffered terrible anaemia fo yrs so Iv tried all forms of iron, and do know the ones the dr gives you or the cheaper ones are not nice......hope that helps
How strange I have this too :confused:I thought it was from over exercise but only walking seemed to help it.. did any of you use anything to quit?
I used to get anemia alot so its possibly that..have bought tablets too as my hair is coming out too..
try sipping coconut water during the day, and as mad as it sounds, put a spoon full of ginger in a warm bath before bed and then massage your legs - mine were a nightmare too, but they are settling now !
