Hey guys,

Just checking in. How is everyone?

I'm loving being a non-smoker (even when the sun is shining and I'm sat in a beer garden ;)) and hope you all are too! Only four and a half months on I can no longer relate in the same way to that person who worried so much about stopping. I convinced myself so many times that I wouldn't be able to last a week without a cigarette and here I am! :rolleyes:

I hope you guys are all as proud of yourselves as I am of me and, for any newbies or smokers who are scared of stopping for good, it gets a whole lot easier very quickly. It is so worth any pain and suffering (which you may not even experience) in those first few weeks. Stay positive and remember that your body will be thanking you every single day that you stay smoke free!!

It's a great feeling. I love that my clothes no longer smell. Totally well worth the pain of those early weeks to get where we are now, happy none smokers :):)

We've had such lousy weather, it's still new not to have a fag in the sunshine!!

Had a bit of a wobble this afternoon 'cos one of my friends was smoking and she looked like she was loving it. I *really* wanted one then :/
