Why did I do it

I feel like a tw@t I had a massive craving at work on Wednesday and was with a so called friend who just lit a cigarette in front of me and said it was lovely. I could of punched him but I didn't I took the cigarette he was offering and lit it. Took 3 puffs and threw it on the floor. Why ????????

It tasted discusting it made me feel sick, funny thing is since then I have not wanted a cigarette at all . I am now useing my patches again 14 mg and will stay on them for as long as it takes.

Feel free to tell me I am stupid and a fool but I learnt a lot that night

Don't beat yourself up too much about it. We've all been there. Well done for getting straight back on the straight and narrow!!!
