Recently had to deal with stressful situations when previously a ciggie would have (I felt) given me time out. Psychological pull was strong but managed to steer through without the much desired cigarette. Another hurdle passed and each time the desire is denied the demon shrinks!
Still on alert, eating too much but continuing to work through this journey.
Also the memories of smoking and being a smoker beginning to fade - onwards and hanging in.
