Day 5. Still going

Hey everyone, had a really hard day 4. Today isnt so bad. I found an elastic band today and have been going to town on it non stop with my hands, even as i type this its just flinging around my hand lol.

Anyways, was good to get that support yesterday, especially because i was so close to buckling but here we are day 5, cold turkey, no NRT or anything, just plain will power from a 20+ a day smoker.

Ill keep you all updated as the days go on but for anyone whos interested i thought i'd do day 5 for ya's

Well done James, yesterday was hard for you but you got through it and you will get through each day until it gets easier and easier as the days go by.

You are doing really well, cold turkey is hard at first, but best in the long run if you can do it.

You have made the best decision of your life to quit, and as I said yesterday you are young enough to really benefit from it
