Yes I have one at home, can't see it actually does anything great but will persavere, are you thinking of buying one or using one at the gym?

hi i was thinking of buying one i dont know anyone who has one , so didnt want it to be a wasted buy if they are rubbish , it just seems weird to be able to tone up by just standing or sitting on it .

yeah I wouldn't waste your money.... I haven't notice any toning nor weight loss, will let you know if that changes though :)

I buy a course of 10 sessions from time to time locally and i always "feel" slimmer but i am almost 100% sure its all in my head;). I do a lot of walking anyway and am generally quite active so not sure if it does anything but it keeps my mind off smoking!!

I have a very simple theory about these things - the only way to lose or maintain weight is to apply a bit of common sense to eating habits and to incease excercise - things like this are a bit "faddy" BUT like i say I am a massive hypocrite because in fact i am just home from using it tonight:D

I'll pop a pair of trainers in the washing machine tonight and sit on it, that's the same thing isn't it?

Hiya, I joined the gym 5 weeks ago (stopping smoking money is paying for it :) ) I asked one of the trainers to show me how to use the power plate & it really does work if you use it properly... Just standing on it does nothing but if you do planks, squats & lunges on it it really does work :)

I think people think they can just stand on it & drop a dress size! If only :p
