Vivid dreams....some good, some bad but always in amazing technicolour! I wondered why as I've seen a lot of people say the same thing & thought it was to do with withdrawal. Apparently, it's got naff all to do with that. It's to do with the brain repairing itself. Smoking depletes Serotonin in the brain up to 50%! What makes this problem worse is that the brain accepts the chemicals in a cigarette as a serotonin substitute on the basis that any chemical response is better than no chemical response at all! So endeth the lesson for today, children!
