9 months yesterday folks! yesiree bob! also completed a 75 mile bike ride last month which i am beautifully proud of!

1 year ago i was full of self loathing and unhealthy - now i am loving every sodding minute of my non smoking life!

good luck to all of you starting out and for those having wobbles, keep on trying.
