Forgetfulness

nearly forgot to take my patch to work this morning. I took them home for the bank hol weekend.

Ohh this was so close to being a crap day. I literally got in my car and remembered and had to go back.

Has anyone ever forgotten their NRT and how did you cope with it?

I usually keep them in my drawer at work and on a friday take a couple home for the weekend.

But yes it was a close call this morning. I ran back inside and shouted I forgot my phone!!! My mum thinks I gave up ages ago and I was secretly smoking :rolleyes:

Sammi, put a spare patch or 2 in your handbag - you never know if one's going to peel off or whatever!!

Didn't forget my NRT but did run out of e-cig liquid when I was on it and I nearly went on a rampage

oh I def will. I dont have very many left at the moment. Im due to see the Nurse to get a 4 week prescription - Oh yeah! The Bargainess!

I will pop one in my bag though for sure!
