Yes 6 months of hellish fun fighting against the nicotine monster. :D I have enjoyed the experience and the mind-games it entails - feel 100% fitter, a lot richer and have a better understanding of myself.

Should have packed in years ago!!!!:eek:

It's certainly an experience, isn't it?

I've enjoyed bringing some fitness back into my life and feeling generally happy within myself. The first few weeks are tough, but totally worth the fight to feel this way after three months!
