So disappointed in myself :-(

I had FOUR cigs last night. I am so disappointing in myself.

I had too much wine and then had an argument with my brother that really got my blood boiling.

I feel aweful this morning and so depressed. I have no desire to start smoking again. I just lost control.

Do I have to start from day one again? Or can I just call this a slip and carry on.

Aww that's a shame Sianie, but don't beat yourself up about it because we've all done it!!

But look at the positive from it.

You hate the fact that you smoked, you don't want to start again and it made you feel rotten so use that the next time you get a crave :)

And your brother still got on your t*ts even after 4 fags I bet. :p

Exactly! The smokes didn't make things better at all. I am definitively not interested in starting again.

Oh Well, I have learnt a BIG lesson. In the past I would have just given up.....but this time I really want to carry on.

Well that's definitely a positive from your little slip then :D :D

It's fab that you're carrying on with your quit, well done :)

Just don't beat yourself up about your slip, carry on with your quit, but remember how easy it is to slip and be more aware of those weak moments. You can do this. Be strong

It seems you escaped the wrath of some other members here. I had half a siggie and asked the same question of starting over - even when I started Day 1 again they went on and on and on about if you smoke and quit, its Day 1 again.

Maybe they will miss this fred. Holding thumbs...:D
