Congratualtions Tic!

It feels so great when you hit the one week mark, that is a real accompishment. I hope that you are surrounded by supportive friends/family that help you to say NOPE! (Not One Puff Ever). Enjoy being free from smoking and all that it brings- the benefits are immense and very wide rangeing. xx

Congratulations tic! Such a great milestone. every milestone is big, but the first week is usually the make or break point for new quitters I think. You see a lot of dropoffs between the amount of people that begin on day one and those that are still around successfully at day 7.

Obviously I'm not saying anything negative about those who haven't yet gotten to 7 days, they will if they stick around here, you quitters act like magnets, drawing us through. But still 7 days is huge in the beginning, congratulations. Imagine what it will feel like when you hit a month!
