Today is day 22 so now into my 4th week of not smoking. I still get some cravings but on the hole they are manageable and seem to pass quite quickly. I have started the 5x50challenge 5x50.co.uk and am on day 4 of completeing at least 5k either running, walking, cycling each day for 50days. Today is a cycling day so will be off for a session after work. Also decided to return to my old running club and hope to start competing again in the next few weeks (probably very slowly to start with)!
It`s still early days but really feel positive about continuing as a non-smoker. This forum has been a real support - so thanks everyone... xx
