Cant say its been simple however Ive made it day 14 nearly 15 now so small steps work. I was smoking duty free roll ups so was cheaper than the shops frightening when you look at it after budget increase £8 to pollute the lungs and shorten your life expectancy , can remember the day £2 was expensive. Id say to folks that are quitting dont get messed up with the future, take it in small steps mins, hrs , days. Am using NRT and its helped me thus far, will reduce later come join me in the 14 day club its good here :yes:
