We'll im back again and im at day 4. I have failed a couple times recently and back at it againnn..I've been fighting this last year with my smoking habit and trying to break it...Anyhow i quit last monday, so i am willing to quit... I'm annoyed but being honest so here we go again...

Pretty much everyone on here has had failures in the past, so don't worry about that - it's this time that counts!!
Day 4 is a fab start, how are you doing it this time?
If you haven't already, I really recomment Allen Carr 'cos it's a brilliant book that makes you think about *why* you smoke and it does change your attitude!!
HI Gemma Lou12, thanks for the post. Im using the patches but think im going to ditch them tomorrow. I just dont need them and just need to do this with my mind i think..
I quit last october and foolishly gave in after 6 weeks quit...Quit a couple months ago but failed right away...
I have watched a few shows on Allen Carr and thanks for the suggestion, ill keep that in mind.,, I know for myself that i have to quit cause i am 37 and needing too...I want to clean my body up and just be smoke-free, i really want this...I am hoping i dont go through hellll again like i did last october,,,,
