Day five! ahh. Tonight will be hard, have planned to out to a club this evening! I have the choice of drinking and the cravings getting worse, or not drinking and being a boring git all night. Mmh shall see.
My nose wont stop running! and i got the sneezes. I don't think I have a cold as i feel great and non coldy, i hope it's just linked to quitting. Thanks for all the words the last few days it's carried me through some craves reading responses!

If you take it steady and don't drink too much, you should be fine - but do keep your wits about you!!

Ooh that's nasty - it probably is quitting related though 'cos smoking plays hell with your respiratory system!!
I always hated getting smoke up my nose 'cos it made me sneeze and my nose run so it probably is that.
yeah i guess i can take it steady and see what happens! If it gets too hard i can always just stop drinking. If i have a runny nose forever, it's better than gettting god knows what from smoking!
