Hang in there Bryan, focus on that fact that you have already managed to get 7 days out of the way and there is no need for you to ever repeat that 1st week.
Remember cravings are not life threatening, they will pass and it will get better but smoking is life threatening.
The 1st 3 weeks see you through the physical withdrawal stage of the quit after that its the psychological stage where you have to break down the associations with smoking and how you lived your life and learn to live as a non smoker.
Remember that quitting is not about sacrifice, you are not depriving yourself of some great pleasure you are in fact regaining control, recovering your health and stopping wasting money.
Once quit you will see that smoking didn't do anything for you it just made you feel anxious and in constant need of nicotine, when you have quit you'll feel as relaxed as you did after a smoke all the time, as it is the need for nicotine which created the physical stress that you gained relief from by smoking.
So stay strong and resolute and don't let the addiction win. You are stronger than that!!
I was the same at about 8 days but im just going into week 3 and feeling much better it realy does get easier. Stay strong and keep reminding yourself why you quit xxx
