I am now on day 13 and can detect a reduction in my cravings - woke up this morning and my first thought was not about a cigarette. Still get cravings and weight piling on but I can now see that I am on my way. Not to be complacent as I know one puff will put me right back - but a 40 year habit takes a little time to break. Persevering on this journey. Also a comfort to know some virtual companions with me.
