And I'm 309 days a non smoker, just the weight I need to shift now. But if I can get over a 30 day habit I can do anything.

Well Done Shelly

Hi Shelly

I don't look in much nowadays so it's lovely to see a familiar face.

You are a star Shelly and you've really done so well. I remember all the difficulties you had to overcome during the early months of your quit but you got through them and look how far you've come.

I hope you are keeping well and also that everything else is going well for you. Don't worry too much about the weight gain, as you say if we can stop smoking we can do anything. Just get those trainers of yours on when the weather (if?) improves and after a few jogging sessions I'm sure the extra pounds will disappear.

I'm afraid I'm a bit behind you in the quit stakes but it was 4 months for me yesterday so I'm pleased about that and it feels good not to be smoking anymore.

I'm really pleased to 'see' you again Shelly and once again "Well Done to You".

Best wishes:)

Evie xx

Shell, Evie it's good to see you are both still around. I'll get your penthouse rooms booked and ready for you as you will be needing them soon.

Well done both of you.

You said it Shelley, you can do anything you want if you put your mind to it. You went through the mill at the beginning but you dug in and kept on with it and now look where you are. So so pleased for you Shelley and somehow I just knew you could do it:)

The weight will be the next thing you will tackle and you will win that battle too.
