So I gave up vaping and I'm now using the quickmist spray instead to stay stopped.
I feel pretty good about it, and by comparison to chain smoking the e-cigs I have saved a shed load of money.
It's not affecting me much (except for the common side-effect of hiccups ). I only had one craving last week and then realised it wouldn't do me any good, so I got over it pretty quick. I have felt quite sad at times though but I'm thinking this could be down to a number things going on in my home life rather than losing that one last crutch.
I can't remember the exact date I stopped the real cigs anymore, although I know it was last year, but to be honest I'm more proud that I quit puffing on the electronics, so March 1st, you will be a date to remember. For me it's the date I officially stopped.
I'm going to keep with the mist for a while longer, I feel like using this would be something I could move on from quite easily too because I don't use it as often as I did the vapes.
