Anyone tried boots lozenges? I'm using NicQuitin minis at the minute but have been told boots own brand are better? Just wondering has anyone tried them?

Yeah probably would be wiser to start somewhere safer but as my husband has stopped and friends don't smoke I shall be in good company!

It is tougher when you drink - definitely doable though!! And I'm sure you'll be fine

It's a lot easier if you're not with smokers 'cos that can be a lot more tempting but take your Minis with you and they should see you through!! You're going with your hubby so he's not likely to offer you one without thinking!!

It might sound daft but drinking something different from your usual might help. If you associate smoking with your favourite tipple find a new favourite tipple. Trouble with me is, I drink anything and everything
