I think we're all agreed that treats and rewards can be a huge help during our quits. Just interested to know what people do or buy for their rewards. Are you more motivated by a long term big treat such as a holiday or is it little daily treats that keep you going?.......or like me a bit of both. Also what do the gents do for treats (nothing smutty please!!!!)
I'm aiming for a spa day at the end of April for doing 2 months but today's treats are a bottle of merlot ( my first sniff of wine this week) some yummy almonds and a very posh Heston Blumenthal hot cross bun. I don't treat myself like that every day. Most days the extra free time is enough of a treat giving me time to read or soak in the bath.

yeah id like to hear this too, im only on day 3, but the time i was usually smoking i had some mini eggs and chewing gum for my journey to and from he sports hall, walking, not driving, about 25min each way, and i nearly always smoke when walking, so that was hard.
long term, i want to save up for a holiday, either going to see man utd at old trafford by the end of the season, pending tickets, or next season, so later in the year, also want to visit las vegas and hollywood some point in my life so those are really long term goals
sweets are my treats and they do help me. No big reward planned but I am buying much needed bits for our home and its nice having a few quid lurking in my purse.
I bought myself three pairs of shoes today! The most lush shoes in the whole world which I wouldn't have bought before! Kurt Geiger shoes!!! So glad I have money to spend on shoes, I love shoes!

Clarey, I am totally with you on the shoe thing, I used to buy the basic cheapy ones about 20-30£...now that I am out of my overdraft and it is mid month and I still have a credit balance in my account I am going to buy new shoes with a price tag suitable and becoming of a non smoker!! In fact I shall go today, why not?!?
That is my big treat over halfway there now, but I am having many small treats as well, and boy has my circulation improved I know it's only 10 weeks but I am feeling great, wonderful, fantastic, brilliant, and any other superlatives you want to add. Lol

Lol, I say "saved" but actually I seem to have blown it on other things
It's amazing how much smoking costs, and we never thought about it - just like buying food and drink  but it's paying silly money for something stinky!!
