Ok, now how many peeps thought that that sorry was for me having a puff??!! Own up!!!

Well, NOPE! I'm doing good and feeling rather strong!

I was actually just wanting to say sorry for my absence! At the moment I feel like when I'm having 'good strong days' I should stay away. I hope it doesn't offend, it's just I do better when I'm not thinking that I've HAD to give something up... Does that make sense? A bit like when your on a diet, you don't want to constantly think about food. If the 'quit' just becomes a habit, like just part of your life, you don't think about it so much. So, although I do peek in to see what your all up to, and how your doing, I do 't want to be here too often, because it reminds me that I hve quit!!

Am I making any sense at all???!!!!!

I do, however miss you's! You are such a lovely supportive bunch, so I don't want you to think I'm being rude. Even more so, because when I have a bad day, you are my only escape route from the dreaded weed.

God I do talk drivel don't I?!!! Anyhow, I hope you's do understand.

I've been doing well, I told my smoking nurse about my blips, and she was so lovely and reassuring. She has now given me the mini tabs, so hopefully if I'm really stuck, I can just suck one of those!!! Haven't had to so far. Oh and I'm avoiding drink too! I just know in my heart of hearts it could be a bad move. I am, however inflating still!!! CAN'T STOP CRAVING GIANT COOKIES!!! Mmmmmm.........coffee and cookies have be one my fag break!! Lol!
