I'm staying low cause there is a lot happening in my life at the moment and I'm not sleeping well, feeling depressed and as a result really struggling to keep my head above water.
I can barely deal with every day life - this is very unlike me. I was meant to start running on Monday and I keep finding excuses why I can't run - though I know that if I get out and pound the pavements I'll start getting my head back in order.
I'll nip in every few days to let you know how I get on.
