Hi all, day number 23 nearly done. The days seem to be going quicker now they not such a drag..still feelig positive and starting to feel better, and not coughing all day, like I used to. :))

Glad the days seem to be going quicker. I remember that in the early days the time dragged and a week seemed like a month, dont know why that is? However it seems that is passing now for you and time is starting to whizz by. Soon you will be celebrating a whole month quit... a whole month... can you imagine that? Well done so far, onwards and upwards for you

thats day 6 more or less out the way last 15mg patch tomoz then going onto the 10mg patches then non
