Hi guys, feeling like I'm emerging after my gloomy weekend. Been busy so far today, this is the first time I've picked up my phone since breakfast.

Went and got the next 3 weeks of patches from the pharmacy. Have opted for 2 more weeks of step 1 before I move on to step 2. I did the Co2 test there and my reading is down. So all good.

Well done Pisky, you are doing absolutely fine. It must be good to see the results of quitting smoking with the CO2 test. Kinda wish I had gone to the NHS stop smoking place.
