Hi Everyone.

4 years ago tomorrow I quit cold turkey.It was hard for a while, but I PROMISE it will and does get easier and easier all the time.

You just have to take one day at a time, and above all STAY STRONG.

Very very seldom do I get an urge, but it only lasts a nano second.

Just keep at it

Hi freshstart, well done, you did it, unfortunatey I failed.

Anyway freshstart I am having a freshstart for over a week now.

I can verify this because I am now 3 years 2 months and 19 days. I also quit cold turkey.

Joan Law and tooshay well done so far and well done to Freshstart. I can tell you if aliens came to earth and took every strand of tobacco from this earth right now it would not bother me one iota. Stick it out and one day it WILL be the same for you.
