That I find the most tricky not sure why, hoping you lot out there might have some tips!!?

I have eaten (a lot!), had a glass (or sometimes two) of wine, had a cuppa, had some popcorn, had some chocolate and currently sipping on herbal tea.

Alls well if a bit lardy with the world

But I have a terrible kind of ache in my jaw sort of like I want to chew its weird I get it every night always about this time and always generally feel restless

Not thought about smoking all ruddy day either! And strangely not really thinking about it now, just got a bit of strange jaw angst action going on!!

I did CT so can't blame it on gum

Anyone got any hints or tips? Not planning to smoke just really uncomfortable and can't find anything to stop it gggrrrr!!

Thanks all!

My daughter bought me some worry beads, I find they help me a lot, I wrap them round my wrist when Im not using them so the dont get lost ,and when Im feeling restless I just keep going from bead to bead I find it very soothing '

My jaw tightens too, it is tension, try opening your mouth really wide for count of 3 then relaxing, do this about 5 times, then try swishing your jaw side to side, you will look daft but it works, otherwise I take a couple of co codemol, these relax me.

Hi TVH,

Its very early days yet, only tip I can offer, the only one I have learnt so far on this journey is give it time.

If we can do that, the quit takes care of itself :)

As Kat's meerkat would say.....

"Simples!"

:)
