Hi all.
It's been a while since posting a thread. I hope everyone is doing well and avoiding the difficult temptation!
On Friday it's going to be a month since I quit. Still going cold turkey but VERY pleased with not only myself but their people that have reached this stage. I think we should all be very pleased with ourselves 
I was just wondering if anybody else was still getting vivid dreams and waking up in the night etc? And if so how much longer can this last?!
Keep going everyone, we're doing fab!!?
