I hope it is... I am only on day 2 and I can feel the cough coming on and my throat starting to soar....see how I'll feel tomorrow. Booo....it's one thing dealing with psychological withdrawal...but the physical ones: sore throat, cough, constipation... lets hope its just a cleaning process and very soon we'll be feeling better. Best of luck!!!
