Hi all, i think the last time i was on here i was quitting, unfortunately i didnt ..but i have had a long journey in the last couple of months which has now been resolved i have moved and now settling in my new home alone. I have managed to only smoke 1 yesterday and 1 and a half today i know its not overly good but i am getting their. I do not smoke in my home but am doing my best to keep busy. Keep u all posted.
