Today I'm starting my 8 months quit.,

Not sure why but this past week having some strong urges to smoke., and feeling kind of grumpy., even Xmas just feels bleak and I Carnt get into it,

Ha ha well done Shelley, seriously well done! You are a star you have taken this quit by the horns and got on with it good style. I dont know anyone who has the ups and downs you have had and you are still quit! Great stuff. Have a lovely lovely Christmas you deserve it.

Maybe part of it is this weekend. It seems to be in the way of Christmas - obscuring it. All the preparation is going on, but Xmas itself is not yet in sight. Perhaps the festive juices will start flowing on Monday: XMAS EVE
