Bloody hell!!!

I only had to use my inhalator in the car on the way to work this morning (OH thought he would tell me how to drive...I did explain to him that if he persisted with this back seat driving I would bring the car to a halt, his door would be opened and he and his tools would continue their journey on foot).... and after I dropped the little un off in nursery and got back in the car and realised I was late, I tried to hurry up putting on my seat belt...we all know what happens when you try to rush your seat belt...dammed thing comes alive and put up the best fight you have experienced in your life...I swear my seat belt would out perform Geoff Capes in a Tug of War match :mad:

what a difference a week makes

from last week to this you can see your mood lifting through your posts, and the fact you can pretty much take or leave the inhalator is brilliant, just shows exactly how brill your quit is.

As for that peace, i have a 3 y/o trying to be a scarf and yelling jingle bells in my ear (in the hope i have choc coins to pay her with)

and OH has buggered off out for 10 mins (3 hours ago) so no- no peace for me today

Ahh thanks guys...just seeing your posts now I had a wee rant this morning but feel better now and kinda of ultra chuffed that a rant helped and I didn't cave...I think I really am going to do this

In the past I have failed because something has stressed me out that I have had no control over and I have turned to the fags as a crutch...at least I can now say.."the fags are not going to help...they will just make things worst and a mockery of me in the process".
