I'm right here with you buddy. Day 3! This morning was the toughest yet, but I really wanted to come on here and post so hung on in there, pleased I did. I really want to get today under my belt as thats a real achievement for me, and you've done great mate so keep it up!

Oh i struggled last night geezer, was incredibly tough but like you wanted to get here today and post with you.

Same I really want today over with - I felt very healthy when woke this morning I just hope that's not my mind playing tricks on me.

Yeah mate feels good to know i'm not alone! Want to be back tomorrow on the next forum and then once a week is under our belt it will start to get easier I know it.

Trying to just look a day ahead at the moment though, and I'm preparing myself for that inner devil that will, at some point try to convince me that everything will be ok again if I just have that "one". He caught me out many times in the past with that line, but this time I'm ready for his BS! HAHA! He'll have my wingman to deal with this time too eh!

Haha good stuff. Listen mate there is a good post in the year+ forum I've bumped to the top. It's by helsbelles called day 454 or something. It's a good read for a "day 3..er" like us. Helped me stay focussed over lunchtime, check it out.
