OMG what a morning from hell? got up went shopping, Hubby out to work again, Kids driving me crazy all i want is a cig, Why is all us who have to do housework ect?:allways stressed.. NOT HAVING A GOOD DAY, CLOSE TO TEARS. Does it get easier.?:mad:

Tres, sounds like you're having a tough morning. Having a cig will not get the housework done, or stop the kids driving you mad. All it will do is make you feel bad about yourself for breaking your quit.
Can you give yourself a 15 minute break so you can calm down a bit?
Tres, I'm with you today...my lad went to work this morning only to find out that he'd failed the probationary period (not quick enough apparently!)......this came after his bus was half an hour late and he was nearly late getting there, but they just sent him home....really gutted for him, there's no jobs out there these days and he was planning his Xmas shopping and all sorts....a fag won't help that, he'll still be out of a job, but I thought about it for the first time in months, but only for a minute! :mad: stay with me on this Tres, I'm as wound up as you today, we'll drag each other through it!!!!!!
Tres, sorry to hear you've had a crappy morning, try to stay strong, as has been said a fag won't make things better but I hear you!!

It's so awful out there for work that i feel for people like your. Being in the EU really doesn't help either but that's another story.

I know what you mean, as un-PC as it is. And stick with it Tres, ciggies solve nothing
