My test today (on the Nicorette Active Stop programme) was to buy somebody else some fags or smell the packet!!

I asked a colleague to lend me his tobacco tin for a sniff .... bit wierd I know but I had to prove it! ......

...thank goodness I didn't rip up all of his ready rolled fags in the tin!

He may not have been to chuffed! hahaha

Good on ya, I've already had to put up with such temptations since day 4 as my client smokes heavily but can't hold his cig so basically have to do everything except smoke it

But it's been a good battle of the wills and I can honestly say that yes it was hard but it also helped me with my determination

29days and I now class my self as a no smoker ( helps me to fight with my demon inside when it starts craving )
