Help,about to cave

Got through the argument with my 20yr last week where she moved out to live with her hopeless bf,but today its escalated where my 16yr old is now involved in it so not a happy household.Im so angry,want a fag so bad,dunno whether to scream,cry,feel like my whole lifes just sliding out of view,only thing i want is a fag,anyone hu dares to come near me comes under attack,i feel like im going crazy

Look sorry to hear about the 20yr old and 16yr old but when everything calms down and all is well again they'l be so proud of you to have stayed away from fags even at the worse time of your life

Teenagers are a real pain in the you know what. 20 year olds aren't much better. Been there, done that except I had boys. Please don't smoke. You know it won't help a bit and you'll be even more upset. These things happen in all families and you know from experience it will all come right in the end. You've been doing so well. It isn't worth breaking your quit. We are all here for you.

Thanks all,well the craving has gone,realy appreciate all your support,i realy needed it,the 16yr old still not come home,so all quiet on home front at mo,bf took babies in2 garden 4 an hr outta my way,another big hurdle crossed (i hope),just feel abit outta sorts at mo xx
