How fast time has flown.Still come on here and read everyones stories esp the newbies thinking that was me not long ago hoping it helps thier resolve.

I always said I was a born smoker,so if I can quit anyone can,just get through the first wk and take it day by day after.....and just never smoke another fag........................

Nice advice carolrose you yourself are an inspiration to us to, I'm 25days in to no cigs and have no interest in smoking again, even tho my mind and cravings say otherwise :mad:
