Hi to all. I am still here. Strange incident yesterday.I came in from my class and sat down in the kitchen and rooted in my bag for my cigarettes. Pure habit, but I felt quite shocked. Maybe its a good thing because it means I forgot I'd stopped and therefore its all getting less important. Dunno but it was weird.

I kept doing that when I left the house and sometimes I still do

Leaving with keys and phone and thinking I forgotten summit, I suppose it's because it's what we've always done lol,

I could automatically roll a roll up and have it in my mouth alight, without having to think about it. My guess is that an automatic fag lighting process was happening for you, which was triggered by the act of sitting down in the kitchen after doing something. Happily, there was no conscious intention to smoke, or any cigs to light. I expect in time that process will fade through lack of use.

I think that's quite a weird thing to happen, no intention to smoke though which is awesome news!
