This is going well. Should I be worried? Although I am still ill and cant breathe, I am so happy not smoking. I guess I was at rock bottom with it.

No you should not be worried you should be really pleased with yourself. I got rock bottom but after a week or so of stopping the cough, wheezing had gone. Breathing is so much better now also. Its a win, win situation.

If you are tempted to smoke in the fuure just remember have you feel now. Smoking definately makes these things worse.

Well done and stick with it. You won't regret it

Well done - that's really good - I'm on day 5 today and like you are feeling positive. I just feel so free and not a slave to the weed anymore I feel with a positive approach you see all the positives and don't get bogged down with any illusions that cigarettes did anything for you in the first place apart from enslave you both mentally and physically. You should be proud and pleased with yourself!

yay,but...

My sense of smell has returned and you know that frowsy smell that comes with being ill and wearing Jammies? well it is a million times worse because I have also realised that 3 dogs, 2cats and preferring smoking to housework means that my house stinks and so do I. I have washed me, but think phase 2 manic cleaning is about to commence. Ps Thanks for all the lovely messages, I do feel like there are all these helping hands pulling me along. Oh please please let this really be it.
