Not going to say its been easy but its been much easier than i imagined. I have got to day 29 without too many problems (after the first 3 days) so it cant have been that hard! Well done to all who have been succesfull with the Stoptober challenge, those almost there and those just starting out.

Also a massive THANKS to all forum members who have helped us along the way. 99% of you are great and prop up those who struggle as well as pick up those who fall. The 1% who like to tell everyone how hard it is and how it never gets better (causing people to struggle and doubt they can do it) even drove me on as i just wanted to prove him wrong. This forum has been better than any NRT so once again THANK YOU ALL!!

Special thanks from me to the stoptober group. Also a special mention to short stuff who's quit has pretty much mirrored my own and who has been a great inspiration and laugh!

Finally to expain what this means to me..

I know you should never make promises if you think you cant keep them but I made a promise to my kids on the 1st of October and doubted i could keep it which destroyed me with guilt. I now know that whatever happens I will keep it!!

That is the best feeling ever!
