I have now been stopped 29 days and i am really struggling today i have been looking at this site the last few days wish i had discovered sooner, dont want to give in so have registered as i think i need so support from some of you lovely people on here. I stopped on 30/9/2012 cold Turkey but read Allen Carrs book for over 2months

Welcome Annie, I read Allen Carr aswell and found it very good. 29 day (well 30 now) is fantasticc... well done, just keep posting on here and reading there is always some one who can offer advice and support we have all been where you are now Good luck!
Well done for getting to day 29, feel proud of yourself - hang in there, because if you give in now you will feel a whole heap worse and will be very angry with yourself...Ride it though it wont last long ...keep going
HI Annie, well done on day 29, i hope your reading this and its day 30 now, im in the same boat as you on day 30 cold turkey, still having the odd urge but keep telling myself id be crazy to give in after all this time. Tough it out one day at a time, good luck
Nice job on the quit. I am 5 weeks quit today and pretty much quit cold turkey like u and craving. Im boxing it out and hoping this fight ends soon...Ill be happy when this becomes a distant memory..We'll i hope it does.
Seems like every time i get really tested i cut the lemons and squeeze them and drink a ton of green tea or i go for a jog until the pain goes away.
