:D 6 wks today and really happy!Dont think about smoking hardly at all now,although I know it can jump up and hit you in the face.I feel Im well on the way.Had a chest x-ray because of chest pains and pleased to say it was fine.

I dont want the worry of lung disease anymore so Im never going back to smoking.:D
