After a bit of a false start I am please to say that yesterday was officially 3 months to the day since the beginning of my quit.
I never thought I would make it this far but I'm still here. It hasn't always been easy but I think that, for me, it's just a case of making my mind up to quit and then digging my heels in if the going gets tough.
There have been a few times when I've asked myself if it's been worth all the effort I've sometimes had to put in but I can honestly answer "Yes it has".
My next milestone will be 6 months and I think I can make it, I hope so.
Good luck all.
Evie x

Thanks everyone. I know I don't post much but I do often 'read'.
Thankyou all so much for your much appreciated support, I can't tell you how much it has helped me stick to my guns and ignore the cravings I've sometimes had to deal with.
I've managed to get this far so it's onwards and upwards, just wish I'd done it sooner.
