After 32 years as a 15 - 20 a day puffer I'm on Stoptober, have been smoke free for 23 days and am seeing some benefits but having a particularly stressy day accompanied by blededing gums and a bit of queasiness. In need of a cyber hug and telling it's actually worth denying myself a fag....

Awwww big hugs levvy... hang on in there... as odd as it may seem bleeding gums at this stage is a GOOD thing... its showing that all the oxygen is now working to all the nerve endings in your gums making them stronger 
Keep going - you will feel even more stressed at this stage if you give in now... 23 days is one hell of an accomplishment Please don't give in << bestest smile lol

Sending you a hug, can you smell my lenor fabric softener lavender cardigan, my apple shampoo & conditioner, my dove deodorant and my CK1 perfume, well can you? Cos if I'd hugged you 6 weeks ago, also you would have smelt would have been Yukkk! Stale cigs!
