I'm not intending to let this feeling go, you don't realise it but you are proabably always just a little piece missing of your true self when you smoke. That nasty little bugger nicotine stops you enjoying things because you're either too tired, having a fag or you've got no money.

Day 12 for me too, ive been putiing the money away i would have spent on fags, £90 in the bank, going to treat the missus and kids to a meal at the weekend.

still having the cravings but loving the fact i know i can beat them.
