hey, yesterday marked my 7th week since quitting (with gum for the first month now ct) i'm still getting pretty bad cravings some days but not every day, should i go back to the gum or stick with it till it gets easier? thanks

I started week 7 late last night. I just realised there when you said that. Well done us!!! If you have managed 3 weeks without NRT then it's best to avoid it. There will be no nicotine in your system and there's no point putting it back in. The cravings will get easier until eventually you don't notice them at all. I didn't even think about smoking on Saturday and Sunday - Sundays being the day I found hardest to deal with so it shouldn't be long until you have the same. Don't force it, just continue to take one day at a time and it soon adds up.
