Kick starting a new lifestyle

1 of my ambitions for the longest time I can think of is to be the person I've always wanted to be. Depression and cigarettes have held me back from echieving those dreams, I wan't to get the body I've always wanted.

I've already got all my workouts sorted and what I will be doing. I brought awhole new set of foods for a new lifestyle. I signed up for a 30 day challenge on this workout and nutrition.

I'm thinking of doing a cleanse to give my body a break and flush out all the bad stuff only for 2 days. What do u guys think? Do you think a cleanse would help clear the smoking gung from me.

So here I go a whole new lifestyle :)

A good old cleanse never did anyone any harm. Do whatever you feel like doing to help you out.

That sound like a great idea :) I'm hoping that this is my year for being healthier & doing more exercise (being able to breath better will help too!!)
