Hey guys, how's it going? Sorry I have not been around much lately. I just thought I drop in and say hi, so that it doesn't look like I've just taken as much support as I needed then cleared off. lol.
So, I am still off the smokes. It's getting quite easy now. In fact, most days I don't think about smoking at all. The days that I do, I never consider smoking again. I really think that I have quit for good 
A little bit about what I have been up to lately; I've taken up running. This summer I have ran four 10k races, 6 half marathons, a 17.5 mile coastal challenge and loads of 5k races. I have ran in total (including races and training) 456 miles. I could never have managed this as a smoker!
I am now looking forward to running my first full marathon. Doing the Loch Ness marathon next Sunday to raise funds for the RNLI (I won't post my justgiving link here, as that's not the reason I've came to post - but if someone does feel like they want to sponsor me, please PM me for my link). I'm both excited and terrified at the same time.
Anyway, that's about all that has been going on in my life. That's about all I've had time for. lol. I hope that everyone here is getting on well and that your quit attempts are going well. Trust me when I say - keep it up; it's worth it.
